How is the daily program structured?

The Embodied Movement Conference will open Friday, February 4th at 6:00 pm CET (Central Europe Time) and close Thursday February 9th at 11:00 pm CET. The Conference will give participants from all over the world the opportunity to attend.

Each day will feature six 75 minute sessions, followed by a 15 minute chat room for you to connect with other Conference participants, or by a short meditation.

To learn more about the session content and the details of each day program, please check the Schedule. For your convenience, times are displayed in your local time zone.

How do I participate in the Conference?

The Conference will be delivered on the online platform Zoom. If you are not yet a Zoom user, go to zoom.us and download the app on your desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile phone. It is free.

Click here or on the Zoom tab in the footer menu and you will find a short tutorial video that will show you on how to use Zoom, connect to the sessions, interact with presenters and join the chat room at the end of each session.

How do I connect to a session?

Prior to the beginning of the Conference, you will receive an email from us with a dedicated link. We will also publish the link on this website. You will be able to use the same link throughout the entire Conference.

All you have to do, is to click on the link and join the selected live sessions. Please note that if you click on the link outside broadcasting times, you will see a note saying "please wait for the host to start the session".

At the end of each session you will have a chance to join a break-out room and interact with other participants on topics connected to the session.

Participants are kindly invited to join all live sessions at the beginning of each session to receive the full benefits as well as as a curtesy to the speaker and to the other participants.

How can I interact with a presenter?

Zoom is equipped with a wide range of interactivity tools, such as the chat function or the option to raise your hand to ask a question directly during the session. Be aware that the structure of the session might be different from presenter to presenter. For more questions on the functions of zoom please watch our instruction video here.

How do I connect with other participants?

Our dedicated Facebook Group is designed for you to have access to news and information about the Conference as well as connect with other participants from around the world.

You will also have an opportunity to connect during the Conference. At the end of each session, we will open a break-out room where you will be able to interact with other participants on topics related to the presentation you have attended. To protect your privacy, we will not record any of the break-out room conversations.

What if I miss a session?

All sessions are recorded. You will be able to access the recordings on this website within 12-18 hours from the end of each session.

If you miss any of your favourite sessions, click on the Schedule tab of this website, and access the session you would like to watch. Each video will be available to stream for 2 days after being published.

We are also making the entire Conference recordings available for purchase at a nominal fee, giving you a chance to own your personal copy of the Conference, watch the videos and listen to the audios anytime and anywhere. So you can gain lifetime access to all teachings, information and practices.

Will you send me updates about the Conference?

Yes, during the Conference you will receive daily emails highlighting the schedule of the following day and any other relevant information.

Please make sure to clear info@embodied-movement-conference.com in your mail program and check your spam and promotional folders. If you find our email in one of these folders, move it into your inbox, and that should clear future emails.

Can I download the sessions?

During the Conference you will be able to stream all sessions for 2 days after live broadcast. When you purchase the Conference Collection, you will receive lifetime access to all sessions and will be able to download the video and audio recordings of all sessions The recordings will be available for download starting Friday, February 18.
